Omar Temprana (he/him/él) is the Program Coordinator for the Research Institute. He graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Throughout his academic career he found his passion lies with achieving equality for marginalized communities. During his fellowship at a Congressional office he gained insight and experience with immigration casework and the hardships immigrants face within our current socio-political climate.
Aside from his professional passions Omar enjoys being in nature; going on hikes and having picnics while watching the sunset are his favorite.
